I visited western Ukraine and despite a war ravaging in the eastern portion of the country, the western part continues to be a respite from war. I was surprised to see families on vacation at Emily Resort, but considering the tragedies of war, it makes sense.
Ukraine has long been an example of what hospitality looks like. I stayed at the beautiful Emily Resort and enjoyed the wintery activities as well as the spa. I hope one day soon, the war will be over and more tourists can find the gems found in Ukraine and tourism dollars assist in rebuilding the country.
