While we were in Quito, Ecuador, my family hiked Pichincha Volcano. The elevation got to all of us after a while and we had to take it slow. The views were gorgeous and we were blessed with great weather on the day we were there. My kids especially loved the swing at the top of the mountain, which gave them the feeling of flight.
